    Amit Mahajan

    CEO & Founder - Phoenix Group

    Amit founded Phoenix Innovations, LLC., in 2016. Under his leadership, Phoenix has focused on two principal aims – solving critical problems faced in reverse logistics and supply chain space innovatively and using the power of artificial intelligence, IoT, and Big Data to simplify this domain.

     

    Before founding Phoenix Innovations, he was the CEO and Founder of Xcaliber Technologies. He led Xcaliber Technologies to invent the “SmartChk Diagnostics” solution. SmartChk has been globally implemented in the telecom sector. In March 2016, the SmartChk product portfolio and Xcaliber Technologies LLC were divested.

     

    Amit focused on creating Phoenix Innovations as the most admired company in the reverse logistics domain at this critical juncture.

     

    As a leader of the Phoenix Group, which constitutes Phoenix Innovations LLC, Griffyn Robotech Pvt, Ltd, Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, Amit inspires his colleagues to innovate new ideas in their practice and workplace. In addition, he started the “Patent” drive, which motivates talents in the organization to earn patents in their names.

     

    Amit established Griffyn Robotech Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 and has successfully transformed the organization into an AI Innovation company that manufactures cutting-edge Robotic and IIoT Products across several industries and automates their value chain. Griffyn is a partner of major automotive and manufacturing companies across India.

     

    With an unwavering commitment to innovation, Amit has extended his visionary leadership to the defence sector through Bit Mapper Integration Technologies. Amit’s unique ability to identify and address critical challenges is driving transformative change, enhancing efficiency, and elevating the capabilities of defence systems.

     

    Amit earned his bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Along with his career, Amit has played several critical roles in organizations such as Syntel Software, Alltel Telecommunications, Cingular Wireless, and Capgemini. An innovator, philanthropist, and motorcycle enthusiast, Amit enjoys long bike rides in the mountains.

    Ameya Kandalkar

    Vice President - Global Strategic Initiatives

    Ameya is responsible for strategy development, analysis, and planning to achieve business growth, perform market entry and expansion, develop other strategic initiatives related to clients and services, and revenue-focused initiatives across business units. His primary responsibilities include leading workstreams and overseeing reporting and processes to advance business initiatives. Ameya has made significant contributions to the growth of Phoenix Innovations, Xcaliber Infotech, Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, and Griffyn Robotech, performing this role since May 2016.

     

    In his most recent endeavor, Ameya has taken on a new and exciting challenge as he spearheads the defence industry engagement for Bit Mapper. Leveraging his extensive experience in strategy development, market analysis, and business growth, Ameya is now focused on driving strategic initiatives within the defence sector.

     

    Before this, he was part of the Global implementation team and was closely involved in many SmartChk deployments across the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.

     

    Before joining Phoenix Group, Ameya served as Manager – SLA Management, Penalty Management/ MIS at Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. He was responsible for the design, architecture, and process framework for data analytics and reporting – Business Operations.

     

    He has exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with his colleagues. As a V.P. of Global Strategic Initiatives, Ameya is responsible for gathering and providing insights and rationale for various business decisions and requisite financial and operational data. He is a highly inventive, progressive, and customer-focused professional with solid project management and problem-solving skills.

     

    Ameya has a Bachelor in Computer Applications from Mumbai University. Ameya is a sports and music lover. He likes spending his free time playing cricket or badminton or listening to music.

    Deepak Khemani

    Vice President - Product Development

    Deepak is responsible for driving new product initiatives for the Phoenix Group. He is responsible for strategically driving the proactive development of the company’s roadmap of products to be offered. His role also includes product progress and determining improvement opportunities in the process. Deepak has held this role since August 2017.

     

    Deepak has extensive experience in implementing I.T. solutions using packaged ERP and Middleware products. His profound understanding of technical architecture and customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps help generate innovative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

     

    Additionally, he is responsible for tactically organizing, implementing, and maintaining all day-to-day activities required to manage the company’s current product and service offerings. Before this role, Deepak worked with Capgemini and Oracle.

     

    In his role at Phoenix Innovations, he effectively communicates with the clients and employees the appropriate expectations of the company’s offerings, timeline, pricing, and functionality.

     

    Deepak’s experience in solving complex problems, technology architecture, product management, and his approach to analytical, data-driven thinking has led to many successful implementations across organizations. He motivates his team to craft new ideas and execute those ideas cross-functionally.

     

    Deepak is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business, in Management of Technology. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University, India, in Computer Technology.

    Girish Mhaskar

    Vice President - Business Intelligence and Analytics

    Girish has been instrumental in driving the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice for Phoenix Innovations, LLC since July 2018. He is responsible for critical company-wide operational data. He is also one of the key contributors and thought leaders in the development of Phoenix’s products. In addition to driving corporate strategies by enterprise data, B.I. Activities, and technologies, Girish provides guidance, direction and enables B.I. and Analytics teams embedded within each product unit.

     

    Girish has served in a variety of leadership roles. He was a core team member in Anodyne Health (a Revenue Cycle Analytics start-up, acquired by athenahealth, Inc.) for its cloud-based EHR solutions. Girish also drove a Medical Device integration IoT initiative to enable patient data integration for its client base.

     

    He is armed with 25+ years of extensive experience in Information Technology and a Product’s Life Cycle. In addition, he has 20+ years in Reporting and Analytics architecting solutions for verticals, including Healthcare, Insurance, and Vehicle Service Contracts. He holds exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills and raises the bar in analytical rigor while also bringing new strategies and techniques.

     

    Girish earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University, India. He is a post-graduate in software technology from NCST, Mumbai, India.

     

    A firm believer in being a lifelong learner, Girish is active in community service and teaches in a Sunday school at Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta. He enjoys hiking in the mountains, and kayaking. In his spare time, he likes playing board games with family and friends.

    Lynn Holly

    Vice President - Intellectual Property

    Lynn serves as the Vice President of Intellectual Property for Phoenix Innovations, LLC, since October 2018. She is responsible for supporting the growth and direction, aligning Intellectual Property goals with corporate strategic goals. Additionally, Lynn provides technology and intellectual property law advice and counsel to the organization’s management executives.

     

    She is also responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing agreements and advising the management of rights and responsibilities related to those agreements. She primarily focuses on invention disclosures, including determining an appropriate intellectual property protection method and working with counsels to draft and execute patent applications that thoroughly and accurately protect Phoenix’s inventions.

     

    Lynn has more than 10+ years of I.P. experience in patent portfolio development, management and monetization, trademark portfolio management, and copyright enforcement. Before joining Phoenix Innovations, she served as I.P. Counsel for a leading e-commerce provider. In addition, for several years, she served as an I.T. Analyst for a major telecommunications company.

     

    Lynn earned her Juris Doctorate in I.P. Law from William Mitchell College of Law. In addition, she has done a Master’s in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. She has also completed her MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is registered to practice before the USPTO and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (US) and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE).

     

    She is an adventure lover and likes hiking. Lynn enjoys reading books, teaching classes, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
